JJ filed that he's not a 5% owner, remember? So he's not an affiliate.
We still don't know how Auryn acquired the 150 million shares. They may well be selling them off as I write.

Both JJ and Auryn make money selling any shares at any price. Same with JJ's son who was given 120 million shares last year.

Obviously Auryn will always put their interests ahead of the rest of the shareholders. If they can monetize those 150 million shares, you can bet they will.
