wow... $140,000 bucks blocking/selling @ 28 cents...

again, who could that be... can't be a flipper...

imhwo, it has to be the diluter.... can't think of who has that many shares.... mgmt is the only other possibility....

90% its a diluter, 8% its mgmt, 2% fill in blank...
