(1) WHY does NTEK still not have a CFO?
(2) WHY has NTEK never had in in-house legal counsel?
(3) WHY has NTEK never completed an audit after promising them for over 3 years and three different accounting firms?
The answer is David Foley.
And the reason is that neither (1) nor (2) nor (3) would allow him to do what he's been doing - they would either quit and/or turn him in.
