That's a great example of NTEK's BS.

So, what was the "relationship" between NTEK and NVidia?

A: there was none - NTEK bought MadCatz MOJO boards from the Chinese manufacturer and just put the MOJO into a different enclosure.

Butt Foley wanted people to BELIEVE that NTEK had actually designed their own hardware and were "working with NVidia" when nothing of the sort happened. NTEK did ZERO design work on the board. Once MadCatz lawyers saw the first commercial sales of the NP-1 - BAMMO - end of the 60,000 NP-1 myth.

So, what's the relationship with BestBuy? Have they finished training their associates on the months-long course to sell the NP-1s that will be in store for this Christmas season (2013) for Superbowl Sundae and Black Friday?

A: Nope. Neither Best Buy nor any bricks-and-mortar store ever sold a single NP-1.

So, what about Ingram Micro? How many NP-1s did they sell?

A: zero

So, what about 11 Giraffes? What has NTEK gotten out of that?

A: virtually nothing.

How about the old Google SuperTweet?

A: zip.

Sky Media?

A: nuffin.

JVC?

A: NTEK "placed" a dozen units with them for internal demos. No orders followed.

See the pattern. Names but "relationships" that typically fail to amount to anything. That is the way SCAMS are run. Butt all those STORIES sold a LOT of FoleyStock™.

SP_G had their sponges in Wal-Marts and Walgreens - butt it was all a pennyscam.

I can cite dozens of others who play these same "legitimization by association" games. LO_H had a contract with Lucent - it turned out to be just an NDA - but they made millions dumping stock to investors with the "news" that they had a "contract" with Lucent.

This is how penny scams work.
