The article originally said the sweep had ended. (sic)

Now whoever wrote this, was surely knowing what he was speaking about before submitting the article.
Later in the day the article was changed.

Question now is, the person responsible for writing the article did in fact know or not did know what they were talking about since they specifically mentioned the sweep had ended.
