Not really. Holding HRDN shares so Armstrong can't buy them up wouldn't do much good. All he has to do is another R/S and he wipes the slate completely clean. Investors don't have much recourse where company owners have many avenues. Now I do think Armstrong is going to attempt another pump in this one but I don't see it rising much unless there are a bunch of newbies dropping their lunch money for a few million shares. Seasoned investors will not touch this one.
