Let me get this straight... Our parent company Sigur holdings is loaning $20 million to this gulf minerals corp who has a PPS of $0.04, so that their subsidiary company (dealing in manganese ore) can be spun out and list onto the Nasdaq? In exchange.. Sigur Holdings (our parent company) gets $500,000 worth of stock at a price of $2.50 per share... But also a 10% yearly interest on the loan. Does this sound right? Also.. How does this affect Sigur palace.. Other than very indirectly.. I still don't see what Sigur palace (us) are doing to make money other than owning a % of launch TV. What am I missing or do I have this all wrong?
