VitaminFIZZ expansion
- Expand into Florida using Big Red.
- Followed by expanding into Texas using Big Red.

Acquisitions/Distribution
- Acquire Drink King likely using the same deal approach that is being done with Avanzar, expand distribution in the Northeast. Bring Peter Strahm into the $MINE leadership team to continue to run Drink King!
- IMO we're going to go after more distributors to acquire cash-flowing assets and remove any potential distribution barriers the competition may attempt to impose! VitaminFIZZ growing distributors and distributors growing VitaminFIZZ. That's one of the reasons why the BIG BOYS have their own distribution networks! We might even do this before we fully close on Avanzar, not sure on this! Perhaps Big Red in 2016 and triangulate the network?

Minerco has earmarked a portion of the additional credit line to continue to make acquisitions of cash-flowing assets. By strategically adding assets and/or vertically integrating key vendor services, Minerco intends to create internal profit centers, preserve margins, and add to the company?s overall equity value. The acquisition of said new assets is currently being considered for the Summer of 2015.

Get the test market going soon, so we can strike a deal with one of the potential partners that was PR'd and become a Vitamin Creamer licensor!

All contingent on balancing funding, revenues and costs and most of all providing shareholder value!
