I think there were three items on the vote. Two passed - name change and something else (?) that board could approve and the AS increase. CEO stated two items passed which leaves a third (AS increase) that likely didn't. It's all in the details and without "lying" what the CEO has told Matt is true. Hold your shares and wait for the official ruling. I don't think they had the votes nor got the yes voted for the AS increase.
