NOW: "...end of one-time payments..."

The author was referring to the one-time bank settlement payments to the GSE's that have now ended resulting in lower GSE's payments to the Treasury. Poor choice of wording.

Correction: This article has been corrected to reflect the nature of Fannie Mae's and Freddie Mac's payments to the government. ( means we royally screwed up ! ) lol
