A Little DD: The Rositano Bro's,....started with Zippi Networks traded on the OTCBB as ZIPZ, ZIPZ was a Mobilie Applications Company which included a dating app, went to Pinks.... this Stock was grossly diluted and with-in days after announcing a NO RS statement, they RS 1 for 1000's, hosed everyone...ZIPPI then became Mobile Matchmaking or MLOV, and landed another 2500 for 1 RS....a Year before the first RS we learned the Bro's started a private Company called Checkmate Mobile, in the same space as Zippi and Mobile Matchmaking, it was (Creating Mobile Apps)...while the Bro's were dumping shares into their publicly trading commons,

....CheckMate Mobile SOLD the Technology / Apps to HKUP (Themselves), according to the filings....

Error on the side of caution, Billions more to Dilute, JMHO !

Sept 29th, just prior to volume going up 10x the Bro's hired a Promotions group, according to the 8k in the filings, for 5000.00.
