FWIW – Some interesting thoughts and tidbits

• Last year’s Proxy Statement and Soliciting Materials were released on 04/28/14 - possibly some surprises here?
• We still have two independent Director positions open on the BOD


Mar. 12, 2015 – Edward B. Kamins and Dr. Gilbert F. Amelio to Retire From InterDigital Board of Directors

Nov. 14, 2014 – IDCC BOD appointed Kai Öistämö, former Executive Vice President, Chief Development Officer, at Nokia, as a new director effective Nov. Nov. 17, 2014.

Sept. 2014 – IDCC announced that Steven T. (Terry) Clontz will be retiring at the end of his term which extends until the June 2015 Annual Shareholders Meeting. At that time, S. Douglas (Doug) Hutcheson has been designated to succeed him.

July 2014 – Douglas (Doug) Hutcheson joined IDCC Board of Directors

• Apple’s PLA with IDCC expired in Jun. 2014 and we have yet to initiate any litigation with them? It was also one year ago when BM mentioned that he thought the Samsung PLA would “encourage” Apple to resign.
