Who is paying to fight the legalization of marijuana?

Big Pharma, cops, prison guards, and beer companies.

Big Pharma hates marijuana because it will cut down on their prescription pain pill business which kills over 16,000 people per year.

US takes 84% of legal opiate drugs and makes up only 5% of the population.

This is a massive cash cow for them and they don't want to lose it to a safe, inexpensive alternative.

Note: Kennedy is an idiot on this point.

Clearly cannabis is nowhere near as dangerous as pharmaceutical opiates.
