This is amazing.

A US Congressman speaking the truth. My head is spinning.

How long has it taken for one of these people to speak the truth about marijuana in the hallowed halls of Congress?

Until this moment, I don't know of a single Congressman who has ever in the last eighty years spoken honestly on this subject.
