SPNGQ has been liquidated by the courts and no longer legally exists. The stock still trades as a defunct company. In the near future when the SEC completes all the ligation, the stock will be revoked.

I very much doubt if anyone can sell SPNGQ for any amount. It's totally worthless today and forever.
