Funny, how you can quote the 10k and people still call it false or try to discount it as not important while on the same hand say how important it is and how the SEC looks at this. Sorry, you pushers can't have it both ways. If you will take a worthless PR with a disclaimer as gospel you should do the same with the 10K.

I also find it funny how a few shares buy the price back up after a dump to paint the close and that volume is at 20k today. Just shows the tremendous vote of confidence the posters really have.
