adro is potentially using adxs patents..hwever, in the USA you can not patent pre-product..in other words..as i understand it..you need a product before a fight can ensue between two aggrieved party's...once adro gets a process or product that infringes on an adxs patent, then all hell will break loose...lawsuits against adro will fly, resulting in declines, potentially, in the adro shr price at that time..who wants to be on a sinking boat?
