I am STILL ( 1+ years now ) WAITING to hear where all of those MILLIONS of dollars went from the BIO operations. January 6th, 2014 FLUFFY post referencd ALL of those great endeavors you were dishing out in 2014-2015 time frame.......SO WHERE ARE THEY Tony??????

" HUMMMMMMM......has ANYONE seen ANY of this BS taking place??? 2014 is GONE and were into Q2 for 2015.........

" Let's see here Tony......what was the NAMES of these so called PARTNERS you hopped into bed with and WHY have shareholders NOT WITNESSED ONE DIME OF THOSE MILLIONS????

IMHO as a shareholder and investor, only thing ANYONE has witnessed with USEI is a CEO that is LYING as to the direction of the company. He BOASTS of profitability ( MILLIONS )that has NEVER ( that I have witnessed ) hit the FINANCIALS. He makes a conveniently bold statement as to the BIO business operations and even gives an extended outlook as to what to EXPECT in 2014-2015 time frame and then 30 days later, is off CHASING another venue ( MJ business, conveniently with his ( Mother-In-Law )at the shareholders EXPENSE!

I wonder if the SEC Whistleblowers site will agree with your BAIT AND SWITCH operations to sell stock shares that has been going on now for QUITE SOME TIME??? Their is NUMEROUS amounts of PROOF for them to review!
