JMO… you shouldn't expect anything material to be "surprise" announced…. right? SEC says 3 days for material events to be announced?

the bell ringing date had to be requested months ago….and the company already provided us with the very nice Q1 revenue estimate that they'll be able to talk about really good y-o-y growth, and new initiatives. As is typical for them, they won't give much of a Q2 estimate, but some analysts will probably key on the cyclical nature of the Q1 increase to expect a drop in Q2. Company will need to talk through key near term litigation and arbitration….and the new Taiwan licensee whining.

So again JMO….I think if you're hearing stuff from "the floor"…. we should be prepared for a sell on news type event.
