Considering Sandoz has not yet released its recently approved biosimilar Zarxio (neupogen)on the market I see very little chance of them rolling out copax.

A judge last month ruled that Novartis can release the drug in turning down Amgens injunction request. Still, Novartis is not releasing the drug because Amgen is Appealing the ruling.
