keurig and mother parkers agreed to some kind of deal regarding the ecocups.... keurig realized they were way behind in the times and by the time that they created a ecocup of there own it would be 2020, so instead of wait for that, they agreed to some kind of deal with mother parkers for the ecocup.... ??????????????

That's really unlikely. First of all, a deal like that would not affect the price of JAMN at all; JAMN doesn't own the technology. Second, Keurig is all about their own technology and patents on those technologies; they've spent time and effort in development. I doubt they looked to someone else's technology.
