Rufus wanted all to know that his Sunday supper today was:
Soy-beef stew
Noodles
Simmered cabbage (who doesn't love that?)
Wheat bread (aka "WonderBread" for those of us on the outside)
2 pats of trans-fat hydrogenated canola/soybean oil "margarine"
lemon-lime Kool-Aid (called "lemon-lime tropical punch" for inmates)
and here was Rufus' lunch today (actually "brunch" on Sunday):
