I wonder how much of this if any could be related to Luksic attempting to leverage any decisions from the Bachelet Government regarding the soon to come facts on Minera Nevada and the Pascua Lama tax Protocol with Argentina?

I believe there has been too much flow of information at this point to reverse the inevitable outcome.
