Okay. I will re-listen. But assuming what you say is true, why beat around the bush about it? Why didn't Craig just come out and plainly state what you are surmising? I don't see the upside in not being direct.

Also, regarding my point in the previous post, does it have any merit or would the FDA do the exact same thing it did with mCopax that it did with mEnox if given the opportunity? Would not make sense to me if that were true. Penalizing the innovators seems counter to what the FDA is trying to do and my hope is that the recognition of this will lead to a long run of sole copax approval
