It's absurd to compare Opdivo/Keytruda safety profile vs bavituximab directly, the formers have remarkable SINGLE agent efficacy while the latter has little to none. Only people on this board compare safety profile of a drug with little to no single agent clinical efficacy directly against agents approved as single agents in oncology. Not surprising though, people on this board prefer chemo LOL.

If you want to compare, compare to docetaxel bavituximab is combining with, look at docetaxel label with BLACKBOX warning vs none in Opdivo/Keytruda labels:
