Then The Great Swami Diwan starts selling NNVC stock on the open market to Build HIS LAB. The action causes a 50% drop in NNVC valuation as stock plummets to .75 cents (Today Post RS $2.62. )
A huge stockholders outcry stop Diwan from further sales. ( He could have just as easily made a PIPE offering which would have been a lot less dilutive. But they don't care as they later issue to themselves FREE Preferred shares with special voting rights, which takes the company away from stockholders and gives the insiders majority control ).

Currently there is nothing but air when NNVC dips below $2.00. A stampede for the exits gate will occur with a downgrade, delist or SEC investigation. Doesn't look pretty except for one guy who always planned to 'Arms Length Away' with his millions when it all collapsed. For him - it's working out just fine. TOX ? ...say someone ? - HA- right !
