Since the 2.5 kg of TOX hasn't even BEGUN yet and is nowhere near beginning, and TOX takes 6-9 months, March 2016 is a mere 11 months away. Ain't happening now.

Based on that laughable bullshit, any guesses as to the month and year that Tox will be completed?

I say 2015 is dead already. Best most optimistic case = March 2016.
