Have you seen Supremes application? How can you say others are weaker?

Obviously supremes application is weak or else they'd have an inspection and license to cultivate by now.

They don't have a quality application and do not know the right people to make it happen. That's obvious at this point.

Other applicants who have done a better job with with their app are surpassing SPRWF as we speak.

ie. Green Relief.
