ADXS: yes, I read what justice_and_equality said and I know he has been in the company for a long time. I agree that ADXS is much cheaper at this point that ADRO is, but it is a similar situation to JUNO vs KITE.
KITE was in the mkt first but then JUNO IPO overpassed by far KITE´s valuation, and guess what, since then, IPO continues to go up and there has not been a "gap approach" between companies, and JUNO IPO was 5 months ago.
Moreover, the target field of ADXS in HPV (head and neck cancer) vs the ADRO focus in pancreatic cancer (bigger mkt), is another consideration.
All together with the superdeals ADRO has signed to date.
And justice_and_equality mentions that the shelf is because MErck want in, without a spike in price? why not spiking the price? it would be great for them to have a bigger valuation? I am not sure if I buy the theory...and that would dilute anyway...
