I listened but my takeaway is a bit different. Yes, I think MNTA took steps but the more significant thing by far to me is the difference in the way that the FDA chose to approve mCopax as compared to mEnox. It is no coincidence IMO that the FDA developed it's own testing regiment for mCopax.

MNTA must have made it crystal clear to the FDA that their actions were directly responsible for MNTA going from a cash rich balance sheet to one which forced them to raise 150 mil.

I may be being naive but it is my belief the FDA knows what it did was wrong. It is desperately trying to bring down drug costs and it knows that in order to do so companies like MNTA need to be able to thrive, not struggle to survive because others are allowed to steal what they have done
