I see Burnham assisted with Xinyuan Real Estate XIN

I bought into that at the same time as SIAF in my January CN divestiture. It's up ~60% since then.
I'm thinking Burnham will partake in SJAP happenings and Arctic the fisheries ops. I can't imagine this trading at a P/E of 10, much less 100. My goal is to pick up 5K more before $20...then I'll stop.
