But they did so for almost a year in the mellanoma indication prior to FDA approval for that.

Upon further reflection though, I suspect you are correct that they will not do so now. Reason being that an expanded access program will canabolize off-label sales.

And such programs do exist in the EU, but they might be fragemented across member States.
