Certification or qualification of not having floorless convertible debt is in the making as an idea by a top aide of US Senator Warren or a top aide of the office that she started before she was elected. It is very recent and in the past two months. There is also talk and a movement toward certification or certification ideas among investors and even active investors on Internet investment message boards. There is a great need to protect investors and I admire the efforts of Investment Groups that are making a grass roots effort to bring about a certification process.
