I doubt that this is a huge revenue producing announcement. Probably in the low 100's of thousand dollars.
From what I've understand, many shareholders have approach the board in an adversarial manner. Even though I may feel adversarial toward management, it's important when one communicates with the board to be specific in their approach, and not just say Mike D is an A$$hole.
