I would hardly call words from the CEO or his paid mouth piece Factual

if what you have said is true about them never submitting the paper work for the reverse split, then they have filed false and misleading if not fraudulent financials

how do you trust the word of someone with Dennis Alexander's history of running companies into the ground? He has a history of diluting billions and billions of shares and then pulling a reverse split... then diluting the stock again to zero bid.

Nothing he has ever done has benefited shareholders and every single endeavor has been a failure

I do see in the financials that the entities that he owns always get paid. His family members that work for the company always get paid... at shareholder expense but they do get paid
