Noop... just more insider games at retail buyer's expense.
I suspect the plan was to bump up the price the last few weeks with the "happy talk" fluff PRs so they could short more at higher prices.
But retail buyers aren't as dumb as the insiders thought anymore, and didn't chase the "ask".
So RIGH "went late" on their fins filing to allow more shorting before...
Time will tell, but it looks like there are over 200 Million short shares accumulated at .0002...
