Ask yourself this question
When they were issuing shares at $1.50, $1.00,$0.70, $0.50 etc do you think they were offering...
A realistic assessment of the company's current and near term status??
Do you think the real anger communicated on this page is
a. Because the stock is languishing at 6 cents or
b. Because people feel like they were fed a highly embellished assessment of the company's prospects over the following 3 to 6 months... which has turned into 5 to 6 years for me and much longer for others.
My guess is the answer is "b". I would suggest that when they were selling shares and warrants over the years they knew very well the company was a very long way from going into production.
