Looks like to me that playboy will extend the contract for 15 years , pay Playbev $25 million over 5 years, forgive back royalties, license other playboy products to be distributed through Playbev distributors, increase the licensing fee to recover their current damages and everybody wins. That is what I am advising if anybody is watching!!!!!!

Playboy employees do not want to take the stand and perjure themselves at the risk of going to jail. They do not want to go to trial. Settlement is imminent. Probably after reverse split.

I will be in court again to listen to arguments. My council reads the tea leaves and feels we are less than a few months from summary judgements and settlement. Other defendents gave up long ago. The main issue here is playboy circumventing Iehab and courting his distribution channel, destroying his business. YAG must be optimistic as well otherwise they would have closed in on Iehab
