We currently are seeking ways to initiate cash producing mining activities but do not anticipate earning revenues until such time as we have entered into commercial production on the Nyinahin or Pampana River concessions. We have not concluded the exploration stage of our business and can provide no assurance that we will discover economic mineralization on the property, or if such minerals are discovered, that we will enter into commercial production.
They have to enter into commercial production to have revenue. They are still in the exploration stage. They can provide no assurance they will find anything or that they will enter into commercial production. Sounds like a huge disclaimer people here discount.
They feel because they found a few diamonds with minimum value it is off to the races. All you have is an undercapitalized company with little to no cash that has to sell more paper to exist that finds minimal minerals to tout so they can sell more hyped stock to continue the game. They have used solar energy, selling green tax credits, farming, housing, gold and no diamonds to fluff sell this stock. All they have done is sold paper. Facts are facts!
