no problem -i just saw all the 'confusion' in the 30 preceding posts before posting

again 10q's and 10k's are designed to be draconian--something often not understood by penny traders and thus very easily capitalized on by certain groups

again- 'no revenue expected until commercial river operations' has to mean 'no net income' because have now had revenue

very few co's have net income at this pps- I've seen stocks as high as 20 dollars pps without net income
