Not sure about that but JMHO. Rumor has it that the office lights are on and the cert plaques are still on the wall. If they skipped out, wouldn't they have taken those promoting certifications, door placards, building entry placards and some furniture not to mention the "leasing agent" not removing or discarding anything in the unit up to now? Seems odd that someone needs lights for a business that is shut down. Never know for sure I guess. GLTA

Suite 505 is on the 5rd floor and is 2800 sq/ft. I don't see a 5th floor suite with comparable sq/ft available anywhere.
