first of all Finra has not lied and there is no link that comes close to saying they did

as for spinning anything into a negative light for EFIR, Dennis and his associates have done a terrific job of that on their own

The company board of directors approved a reverse split and the company not only reported that the affected it, they also clearly substantiated that fact by reporting the share structure

That is all FACTUAL information... why would they lie about it??
