Does it really matter who has possession of the Argus? Clearly, if any market evaluation was ever completed as stated by the Company, that evaluation wasn't too glowing or everybody wouldn't be jumping ship. The Argus was clearly a knock-off of the old Tao airship and WSGI's own attempts at an Argus patent was shot to shreds.
