Isn't that what was requested of JD to do yesterday in regards to an explanation of whether the reverse split had ever been submitted FINRA?

He then takes time out of his day, reaches out and speaks to the company, comes back with a reasonable explanation, only to be told that "conversations with company don't count!"

Now we are asking him to do it again?

Give me a break!
