They issued shares once and raise $250 million.. Now they have the cash they need to launch their drug.. INSY is strangely not a marijuana company despite the hype that it is.. Take a look at there most recent annual report.. Of $30 mil in R&D only $5 mil was spent on marijuana related CBD
