What is a normal industry timeline for building a new cGMP pharmaceutical plant? Should we think NNVC's plant will be ready for production this year?

I think everyone agrees that NNVC's early projections were overly optimistic (a comparative example would be the speculation of NNVC under $1 by mid-April 2014) but you're conflating a presentation as a valid response to a question about what are established reasonable expectations for a timeline from a drug's conception to first human trial.

Unless an old NNVC presentation can be considered as representative of an industry standard it is not addressing the question.
