The general information about EPGL posted above has a section labeled "About EPGL Medical Science's Share Structure :"

It states that PWC and Hayes have 2 B shares each with the float as 499M. Also, the shares outstanding as listed on the "EPGL Detailed Quote" link just above this message board lists the outstanding shares as 4.67B. So is this reflecting that an actual decrease in shares has officially occurred?? Just wondering. If so then thats good. Did I miss something??
