zero evidence any "check" was ever received, you're looking at fins and imagining the "angel" invested 200k when no announcement was ever made as to the amount received. In the August 2014 PR angel states the "agreement" was yet to be signed!

The funding commitment will pay for certain company expenses to be announced after paperwork has been signed.


and yet you will quote 2013 fins and declare accounts receivable was the angel investment, there goes that righ time machine again....
