The year is fluid. As you are reluctant to credit the FACT that diamonds were recovered and sold - the FACT is, it is reasonable to speculate that more will be sold. Go back 20-30-40-50 years and read up on the calculations of when we were going to run out of oil..... yet somehow we haven't. .....and the end date keeps getting pushed back at am exponential rate. Why? Because estimates and calculations are a snap shot of the moment.....
