No, I cannot imagine that happening in India with DR-70.

For that to happen, the Indian Government and Indian Medical Community would have to support DR-70, and neither supports DR-70.

And the funny thing is... if it DID happen in India, it would happen without any involvement of Radient. SRL or UNI would do that and Radient would Remain in the Grave under Six Feet of Dirt.

Because DR-70 is off patent. Anyone can sell it now without licensing it from Radient or buying it from Radient.
